Please Help to Cure Shimmy...

It has been few months now I am trying to reduce Shimmy (wheel wobble) in my land rover series III (sotong). I am searching trough Internet what caused them and did most of the thing that they suggest, This is what I know and what I did so far, but it does not totally cured sotong's wheel wobble.

Wheel play caused by ball joints => yes it is present, replaced all the ball joints and no more wheel play.

Steering wheel play => Fixed... No more steering wheel play

Spooring => yap... cost me US$12.5 using laser beam to align the wheel -- done!!

But sotong wheel is still wobble when I cruising about 60kph... please help... any inputs pleasssee..
